Europap Tezol Values Concept

Brief

To effectively communicate Europap Tezol’s internal values to employees and strengthen employer brand perception, a series of corporate internal communication concepts was developed. The designs reflect the company’s core values—respect, quality, efficiency, reliability, and innovation—through a simple yet visually engaging approach. While helping to build the company culture from within, the project aimed to increase employee engagement and a sense of belonging. This work stands as a strong example of internal communication where employer branding meets design.

Insight

In today’s business world, building a strong employer brand begins not only with external communication, but with the relationship employees build with their organization. Making cultural values visible and easy to internalize directly impacts employee experience and loyalty. In the poster series created for Europap Tezol, values were supported not only through written messages, but also through a clean graphic language, color coding, and clear hierarchy—ensuring each message could be quickly understood. This project represents a structured employer branding initiative designed to strengthen internal awareness and motivation.
